This is a drawing of some Russian kids who are gawking at a half-hut half-chicken (there’s a Yokov Smirnoff joke in there somewhere). The hut belongs to the Russian witch Baba Yaga, who is either busy trying to eat children (what else would a witch eat) or rewarding them if they’re well behaved (and she’s not hungry in that story I guess).
